Registration
- Do I have to register?
If you would like to try our unique and innovative games, you can simply play them for fun, without having to register. Click on ‘PLAY FOR FUN’ on the game images. If you want to try your luck on the games for real money, you must register to open a personal player’s account. Registration must be done personally and will only take a minute.
- Can everyone register at Goldrun Casino?
Everyone over 18 years of age can register at Goldrun Casino. Note that for certain countries, a minimum of 21 years of age is applicable. This will be indicated at registration. United States residents are not allowed to register at Goldrun Casino.
- Where and how do I register?
On the homepage of our website is a registration / log in area. - What games can be played on the site?
Goldrun Casino offers a variety of slot games, bingo and table games that can be played for fun or for real money. New games are added frequently!
- What are the bet options?
In each slot game you have the option to select the number of lines and the bet you want to play per line. The bet-range depends on the maximum number of lines in the game. Connection
- What happens at connection loss?
In case you lose your connection, the game will resume with the spin that was in progress when you re-log in at the site.
- I cannot get a connection to the game?
The games run on Flash. If your computer has no Flash player, or if you want to update your Flash player to the latest version, you can visit http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/.
- I cannot get a connection to the game using my mobile device?
At this moment, it is not possible to play the games on a mobile device. We are working hard to make a mobile Goldrun Casino version that gives you the same great gaming

If you use a card that is not on your name, additional verification is required. We will ask you to send a copy of the front and back of the card.

The transfer time for deposits is instant and for payouts it will take 1-3 banking days. Payout will be done only to the same card as used to deposit.

Bonus Money
- What is Bonus Money?
Goldrun Casino gives away bonus money to players at several occasions. Bonus money is a gift from Goldrun Casino to you as a player. Bonus money can be used to play the games but cannot be paid out. Wins generated when playing for bonus money can be paid out, if the minimum payout amount has been reached. Check the Terms & Conditions Promotions on the website for the actual requirements.
- How can I see how much Bonus Money I have?
On the homepage of the site, when logged-in, the amount of bonus money is displayed.
- Can I refuse to accept Bonus Money?
Bonus money will be added to your account automatically. On the homepage you can clearly see the actual bonus amount. If you do not want to received bonus money, please send a request to support@goldruncasino.com. The bonus will then be removed from your player’s account. This decision is irrevocable.

- What happens with my personal information?
Your personal information is stored in our database and will only be used for account verification.
- Is my personal information safe?

You can also request any of the above limit options by sending an email to support@goldruncasino.com. All
requests will be effected immediately.
Once a limitation is set, it can only be changed or revoked by sending a change-request by email to
support@goldruncasino.com.
Any change-request will be effected only after 7 days of receiving the
request. In a change-request email, always mention your full name, email address as used for log-in and the type of
limitation you require.
